Delivery & returns info
We would love to come and deliver to you ourselves by hand, maybe have a cup of tea, unfortunately we couldn’t fit it all in, below are the details of how we will get your parcels to you…
Any orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched same day.
Standard delivery will be sent out on Royal Mail 48 service and aims to be with you within 48 hours of our despatch. We aim for it to be with you within 3 days of placing the order. This is a flat rate of £2.95.
We always try our best to meet the delivery time scales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
Please be aware our final posting date in 2015 will be the 18th of December and posting will resume in 2016 on the 4th of January.
We are certain you will love all of our products, but if something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, do not fear.
We offer a no quibble 14 day return policy from the date of your receipt of order of which we will offer you your money back or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
We will include a returns form in all deliveries, please fill this out stating whether you wish to swap the item or you wish to receive a refund. You can download this form here also –
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days or if you only cancel part of your order. You can send the goods back to us at our returns address below, be sure to include your returns form with your order number etc:-

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receipt, we advise obtaining proof of postage when shipping goods back to us.
If for some reason you believe your item to be faulty please contact us here to receive a postage label for you to return the goods along with your returns form.
Please note if the is no correspondence with your returned goods we will not be able to process refunds or ship relevant exchanges.
